Components
The machine are equipped with top-quality products and world-renowed brands that allow versatility, reliability and are easy to use.
The tanks are certified according to the European PED regulation. They are pressurized to allow the emulsification of the air inside the tank in order to obtain a more flawless foam and allow the use of polyurethanes with even higher viscosity.
The tanks monitor the chemicals temperature using a heating/cooling system.
Level sensors allow the automatic filling to avoid incrustations forming inside the tanks that can contaminate the system and cause costly downtime in production

Mixing Head: the pumping head of the system
The “L chamber” technology is used in order to ensure the quality and repeatability of the foam. The head can be installed both vertically or horizontally according to your production requirements and dispensing can be done with both open or closed mold applications. The calibration of the components is done directly at the head by adjusting the replaceable restrictors.
The head is equipped with a new and patented forced lubrication system to avoid possible blockages.
It is possible to install more than one head if the products to be foamed are of different sizes or to increase the production efficiency.
Customization is a major aspect of the process, during the initial meeting you will be accompanied in the choice of the most suitable system.

Do I have to buy the chemical product even if I only need foam dispensing equipment?
No, you can purchase our equipment or materials individually, however we always recommend the advantages of relying on a single partner to have a 360° service.
Is the technical assistance available only through augmented reality?
No, our technicians always perform a remote login first and, according to the extent of the problem, we can intervene on site or through augmented reality. If the customer prefers, onsite assistance is always available.
Can I manufacture items of different sizes with your equipment?
If the size of the products are not too different from each other, our regular foam machine is more than capable. Otherwise, if the sizes of the products are extremely different, you may need to use a machine with two injection heads. This machine belongs to our tailor-made equipment for the customer.
How long is the response time for technical assistance?
The communication with our technicians is immediate; we give our customers the direct contact information of our technicians that will respond within a few hours.
What is the delivery time for the chemical products?
